The third Easter Sunrise Service in Ulu Laau, the Waimea Nature Park, will be held on Sunday, April 8. The nondenominational service will be presented by laypersons from several community churches.
The third Easter Sunrise Service in Ulu Laau, the Waimea Nature Park, will be held on Sunday, April 8. The nondenominational service will be presented by laypersons from several community churches.
Starting at 6 a.m., the service will feature special live music and the Easter message delivered by laypeople. There will also be reflections of times past in Waimea. An Easter Egg Hunt is planned for the children following the service.
Come prepared for chilly weather and possible rain; umbrellas, blankets and chairs will add to your enjoyment and comfort.
Park in the park or in the Canada France Hawaii Telescope parking lot as they have graciously consented. Please do not park on the Canada France lawns.
